How we approach it

We review each door, its usage pattern and who needs access at what level. Hardware is selected to suit the door type and traffic, permissions are configured for your team structure, and the system can integrate with compatible CCTV and time attendance platforms.

Scope note: Integration is planned only between genuinely compatible systems. Installation, maintenance and upgrade arrangements are confirmed in each engagement's scope.

Common questions

Card, PIN or biometric: which should we use?

Cards are flexible and easy to reissue, PIN pads suit low-traffic doors, and biometrics remove credential sharing entirely. Many offices use a combination; we recommend per door rather than one method everywhere.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Their credential is deactivated in minutes. No locks to change, no keys to recover. That is one of the main operational advantages over mechanical keys.

Can access control link to our CCTV?

Yes, where the systems are compatible. For example, pairing door events with camera footage at the same entrance. We confirm compatibility before proposing any integration.
